	(LAFAYETTE, LA) February 28, 2011 -- Frank’s Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc. has been awarded a contract by Shell Exploration & Production Company to fabricate tendons for the Olympus (Mars B) Tension Leg Platform project in the Gulf of Mexico.

	(LAFAYETTE, LA) September 20, 2010 — Today, Frank’s Casing Crew and Rental tools announces its nomination as a finalist for the 2010 World Oil Awards in the Best Deepwater Technology category for their 1250 Ton Drill Pipe Spider and Elevator. On Oct. 14, the ninth Annual World Oil Awards will recognize the industry’s leading innovators and innovations that represent the best technological achievements or contributions from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. This marks Frank’s first nomination from World Oil.

	(LAFAYETTE, LA) May 18, 2009 -- The Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation (LWCC) has recognized Frank’s Casing Crew and Rental Tools, Inc. with the LWCC Safest 70 Award. This award acknowledges outstanding excellence and commitment to workplace safety. Frank’s was selected based on the effectiveness of their safety efforts in preventing injuries and controlling cost.

	(HOUSTON, TX) August 21, 2008 -- Frank Mosing (1904-1988), founder of Frank’s Casing Crew & Rental Tools, Inc. is to be inducted into the Offshore Energy Center’s (OEC) "Offshore Pioneers Hall of Fame” on September 15, 2007, along with five other industry pioneers and five pioneering technologies. The ceremony will precede this year’s "Ocean Star” Gala at the Westin Galleria Hotel, Houston, TX.
8/13/2007	Frank's 1250 Ton Tools Continue to Impress
	(Lafayette, LA) August 13, 2007 – Frank’s new 1250 ton Elevator and 1250 ton Spider continue to impress clients. Recently the tools successfully completed a job for the Anadarko "Tonga” project. On this project, the tools ran a 1.31 million lbs. tapered string of 13 5/8” and 14” pipe with a total string length of 13,245’.

8/23/2007	Frank's New D-138 Hammer Makes First Job
	(Lafayette, LA) August 23, 2007 – Frank’s recently acquired a Delmag D-138 Diesel Hammer – the largest diesel hammer in our inventory, as well as the drive pipe industry. The D-138 hammer can put out 340,000 lbs. at maximum setting and the hammer lead has a forged step down drive that can accept multiple sizes of drive pipe without changing guides. The D-138 hammer is an extremely rugged and reliable impact hammer – making it well suited for the harsh conditions of the Gulf of Mexico.
8/7/2007	Frank's New 1250 Tools Surpass Expectations on First Job
	(LAFAYETTE, LA) August 7, 2007 – Back in 1938 when Frank’s was founded, the average casing string weight was 150 tons. A lot of things have changed in the industry since then, but Frank’s still remains at the forefront of technology where running casing is concerned. Recently, Frank’s has designed and built the 1250 ton Elevator and 1250 ton Spider – the only such tools in the industry. "With wells being drilled to deeper depths, casing string weights are increasing to the point where existing casing tools can no longer be safely utilized,” said Frank’s Special Operations Group Manager Jeremy Angelle P.E. "Frank’s recognized the need for casing tools that have higher load ratings and incorporated the most up to date technological advancements.”

	(Lafayette, LA) November 1, 2006 - Lafayette based Frank’s Casing Crews and Rental Tools, Inc. recently delivered the Genesis 7000H power tong to Murphy Oil for use on the Kikeh Project offshore of Malaysia.
