BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY
Assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems. Gather parts and assemble, run pneumatic and hydraulic plumbing, test equipment, maintain completion record.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Assemble, trouble shoot, install, testing, service, disassembly and repair of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and systems.
2.Serve as liaison between engineering, manufacturing and operations departments.
3.May pull parts from inventory to be used towards projects.
4.Organize and maintain a clean safe work environment.
5.Gather parts and assemble
6.Run pneumatic and hydraulic plumbing
7.Test equipment
8.Maintain completion record
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
1. Forklift operation and overhead cranes
2.Experience/Knowledge of oilfield drilling and completion systems.
3.Ability to read/use manuals, guidelines, drawings and specifications to perform job duties.
4.Follow and complete all documentation, as required, during the course of work being
performed,i.e. routers, work orders, in-house inspection sheets.
