"Safe and Accurate Pipe Alignment” Frank’s Stab-Rite is a remotely operated pipe positioning system designed to enhance rig safety and performance during a variety of casing, tubing, drillpipe, riser, and drivepipe applications. The system’s powerful jaws maintain control of tubulars, reducing crew fatigue during critical pipe handling operations. Stab-Rite has the capability of moving the pipe safely away from the well center until needed and then accurately repositioning the pipe for initial stab. SAFETY FEATURES... No derrickmen are required when used with Frank’s supplied remote control elevators, including the patented "Interlock” technology. Operator interlock feature prevents accidental tool deployment. Auto-Lock safety feature prevents accidental release of pipe. Operator controls comply with Class 1 Division 1 electrical requirements. Reduces crew fatigue. Equipped with remote LED lights and audio alarm.

INSTALLATION... Derrick interface can be done as an offline operation. Can be interfaced with rig Zone Management Systems. Stores in upright locked position. Total rig-up time is less than one hour. Can be interfaced with rig hydraulic system.
