The Anaconda^® Stop Collar is designed to provide a positive stop for casing centralizers.

 

Axial forces resulting from centralizer motion are transmitted through the outer ring, into the slip ring, and into the casing body.

 

To run the Anaconda^® Stop Collar, simply slide the ring assembly over the end of the casing, into the desired position and remove the activating tabs.

 

No precise torque requirements necessary to achieve holding force.

 

Ring position is axially fixed (both directions) once activated, resulting in positive location of the centralizer or other accessory equipment.
