In keeping with our commitment for safety and constant improvement of operations, Frank’s has developed an added equipment option for more fail-safe operations. With Frank’s “Fail Safe” System, the slips on one tool will not open unless the mating tool is securely latched around the pipe body. Setting the slips on the collar will not allow the other tool to be unlatched.
